2 Feb 09 - My Greatest Birthday Present EVER!!

I lazed on my bed this morning.. Half awaken to know it's MY BIRTHDAY~ the reality only creeps in when my son came in to get me up.. My birthday!! Haha… It's my 3rd day of birthday~ (Sat was my lunar birthday + celebration with my close cg members , yesterday was everyone's birthday(人日) + celebration with my family and relatives and today is my birthday again! + celebration with my colleagues) boy, it sure lifts my spirits up!!

Received 11 birthday greetings on my mobile, started from 0003hrs this morning and still coming in.... (they are so 'Kiasu' - I was already sleeping with my son when their sms came in last night).. In office, my colleagues blessed me so much too.. One of them sang 'Happy Birthday' song to me; another greeting came all the way from Australia – my dear ‘hard to please’ colleague! (he really surprised me with his greetings! He knows my birthday!!) .. Why am I working on my birthday? Well, cos we are having 撈魚生 and catered lunch later?i can save money on lunch and supportting my dear welfare committee, right?? Esp I'm so 'PR', I must make sure everyone knows it’s my birthday today..ahhaaa... (Richie - see I support you so well!) .. Or maybe cos I'm expecting some presents from them.. :P

But in the midst of all best wishes and blessings, my greatest present is from my old old buddy - Ziwei. He really dropped a BIG present in my face! Jelaine is PREGNANT!! Haha.. You cannot imgaine how elated I am when he disclosed to me! I was practically smiling, laughing from cheek to cheek at my desk - people started to think I'm on drugs this early morning! I'm really so high!! I'm so happy for them!! What a GREAT BLESSING to them, and GREAT NEWS on my birthday! I really cannot contain my joy~! (you know I can be quite emotional) (Ziwei- don't worry you are not the emo one :P) I'm freaking happy, overjoyed to be promoted to 'Auntie' haha.. (see- I told you I'm 'high', so happy to be called Auntie).. Why auntie? Cos frends of dad n mum are usually 'Aunties' and 'Uncles', aren't they? Haa.. This is the most felicitous news of all!! MY GREATEST BIRTHDAY PRESENT EVER!!
