22 Jan 09 - He remembers!

my cg had a really last minute change - to combine with the previous cg! it's really so last minute - i nearly had a panic attack when i saw this sms after my meeting.. it's already 6pm! (cg meeting is at 8pm).. from west area to north area! (think of the number of people i have to inform and they might be already on their way to West)

of course i dun mind going to north cgm (afterall it's in the NORTH), but i've never expected them to kick-start my bday celebration~my 1st round of 30th birthday celebration! i was caught so off-guarded that my birthday sharing was in a MESS.. full of stammering and stuttering.. but i'm so so so happy! it was then that i remembered this IS what i've wanted - to be prayed over by Valerie for my birthday... since my most depressive bday last yr, i wanted to be prayed over by Val for my bday.. of course, times flies and i became forgetful.. i really dun remember this 'want' of mine till He made it came true - right before my eyes! (I'm so thankful to God - He remembers!) and to make things even better - Val prayed exactly of my prayer list! it's either she's been asking ard for my prayer requests (which i dun even disclose all), she peeked into my prayer list, or it is the work of God Himself~ what more can i ask? God knows, remembers and makes this celebration so special to me, 'specially dedicated'! i'm just so in AWESOME AWE of His plan! Nothing is impossible to Him! :D

to add some spice, my good friends in the cg began to 'sell' me to this new friend.. who came for make-up cgm. the whole fellowship was abt me n my 'potential'.. i think they really scared him off cos he din dare to look at me.. hhaa.. i, on another hand, had to keep changing topic and divert their attention in hope to ease the 'fun' and tension in the air.. guess what? in the end, they invited him to our private CNY high-tea! my goodness, at the rate they are extending invitation to their friends, it looks like that high-tea is going to be J's 'selection meeting'! can u imagine how 'concerned' they are, bcos the 'masterminds' are leaving Singapore soon hence they cant wait to 'hook me up' to someone!?!? ... pls pray for me.. let no one feels awkward that day..
