expected.. i was a sluggard when i woke up, in fact how i hope i could continue sleeping but it's sunday.. family breakfast on sunday morning.. i relectantly pulled myself out from my bed and get ready for breakfast.. what a 'exhausting' breakfast, at least for me cos my heart was beating at such fast rate throughout the meal.. i cant even finish my noodle in peace..
ok, let's look back and see what did i do wrongly.. prozac, EPA, daily vitamins - my essential stablizers.. did i drink tea/coffee? as much as i crave for KOI bubble milk tea, i have been able to resist caffine intake.. have i been eating? yes, i've been eating despite no appetite.. exercise? i just went jogging and swimming this week..sunshine? i sun-tanned ytd.. ok, so what went wrong? and oh yes, did i mention i was feeling cold for the whole day under the hot sun? feverish?? nope my temperature is fine, i just have lower tolerance for cold than usual (at first i tot it's H1N1..:P)
on overall, i'm better than i was 2weeks ago.. but still under self-monitor in hope to stablize myself.. now i'm upgraded myself to be my own shrink cum doctor.. that sure saves a lot of consultation fees.
