woke up early at 8am for an exercise appointment with joanne n gwen.. however, my period started and there's no sun today so joanne n i decided to call it off.. trust me, i was 80% well dressed when decision was made.. but i was kinda grinning within, first day is always not a good feeling.. so i'm staying at home for now before church service.. what a cool day to stay indoor~~
emotionally i'm feeling ok; physically i'm in menstruation agony.. now i know why i've this compulsive craving for tea (a direct no-no with menses).. once u fall into its tea trap, ur period days will really be hell (take it from the one in pain now).. one thing good from this pain is i have a valid reason for lazing today, while others are helping out in housechores.. haha, 'blessing' in disguise.
