last evening i managed to make a trip to amk hub alone.. that was quite a acomplishment for me. i met up with joanne, whom i think she's a very dear friend cum ex-colleague.. when work is concerned, both of us work closely as a team.. people say it's easier to be friend than work in a team, but for me and joanne, our team works fine and well.. and she's always there for me when depression strikes.. like i said, she is a very dear friend to have..
talking to her, knowing how depressed she is at work.. make me feel i'm not alone (besides the part she still has her monthly income).. in fact, i thank God for sending friends during this period, friends who seldom contact .. david, vincent, KK, dennis, keith, eirene, joanne, gwen, valerie and also mr anonymous.. i know they are concerned for me, i may even be in their prayers.. though i'm faithless, they are faithful, standing in the gap for me.. i really thank God for these friends in my life..

read this article about 'Depression Really is a Medical Condition' which i felt it's TOTALLY GREAT esp "If you are a family member or care giver or friend of someone who has depression, don’t tell them to cheer up. All you will really be doing is making it worse, because, honestly, the depressed person wants to cheer up."
and guess what, i'm suffering from High Cyclothymia disorder now, out of the 6 different disorders~ and some tests disclose that i'm suffering under moderately severe depression..whatever that means..but it kinda give me an idea where am i standing.. one thing i have to comment - the western culture is more open to this illness than asians.. help is all around in USA and UK, but less in Asia..
